This is one of the last of the larger holdings in Taranaki to be subdivided for closer settlement, and, with land steadily increasing in price throughout the district, these sections should meet with very keen competition. The 14 farms into which the land has been divided have areas ranging from 85 to 320 acres, so that all classes of fanners should be ablo to obtain a farm to meet their separate requirements. The property is situated right on the beach, and constitutes some of the richest dairying land in Northern Taranaki. It has been used for over 30 years solely for fattening purposes, and should now be in the very best of heart for dairying. The whole property k level, and it is practically all ploughable. Immoriately after tHis sale will be offered a choice oroperty of 8556 acres on the Toi Toi road, backing on to the Waitara river. This fine section is now carrying 1400 sheep and 140 cattle, which goes far to prove .that the run is one of the best procurable in the country. It is situated close to the school and post office, and is only 16 miles from the Waitara Freezing Works, by good metalled roads. Anyone with any knowledge of the district (will not let this opportunity slip. There will also be offered a nice little dairy farm of 56% acres at Warea, on account of Mrs. M. A. Clarke. This property also comprises some of the best of the Beach land for which the distriot is famous, and, being very highly cultivated, is in fine heart for dairying.
