TRANQUIL ELECTIONS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 29, 11.10 p.m. Lisbon, May 29. The elections for the Constitutional Assembly passed without incident, parties hostile to the republic not taking part. Practically all of the 231 deputies returned are Republicans, with a few Socialists. It is expected that there will be no organised opposition in the Assembly. The elections in the Oporto district passed off tranquilly.
