The annual meeting unanimously adopted a resolution advocating the building of a third armored cruiser annually tuntil 1917. The president (Grand Admiral von Koestcr) stated that Britain had forty armored cruisers, whereof twenty-nine had a speed of twenty-three knots or upwards. The slowest, with a speed of twenty-one, would take fifth place in the German nary.
