The Department hopes to have the whole of the registrars for the Dominion finished about the middle of June. The certificates, for which the successful applicants have to sign in person at the Departmental offices, arc very simple in form. They are signed by the Secretary for Labor, who is also registrar for this particular purpose. ABOLITION OP THE KILTS. Wellington, Last Night.
