J. J. PATTERSON'S ESTATE

FURTHER PROCEEDINGS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dannevirke, Last Night. A meeting of creditors of J. J. Patterson's estate, convened by requisition, was held this afternoon and was largely attended. The D.O.A. submitted a full report of the proceedings in the estate, with which there had been a considerable amount of litigation. He replied to a number of questions. The meeting resolved, oil the motion of R. L. Patterson (Napier) that monies in hand should be distributed amongst creditors forthwith; that monies already received from Mrs. Patterson be considered full payment for the whole estate sold to her in consideration ol her waiving her claims against the D.0.A.; and that the writ issued against her by the D.O.A. be withdrawn. The meeting recommended Patterson's immediate discbarge.
