100,000 PEOPLE HOMELESS
RESULT OF CHINESE INCENDIARISM By Cable—Press Association—Copyright PeWn, May 12. Three hundred houses have been destroyed by fire at Kirin, including the premises of the Consulates. A hundred thousand people are homeless. The fire was dun to incendiarism on the part of revolting Chunchuses.
There have been other eases of incendiarism in various parts of the East Chinese railway lino, and immense damage lias been done.
