POSTAL PACKETS STOPPED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. To-night's Gazette states that the Postmaster- General, having reasonable grounds for supposing that Harnett and Grant,'' of Christchuivli, Frank Bunyan, of Christchurch, and Peter Grant, ol Christchurcli, are engaged in receiving money as a consideration for an assurance or agreement implied to pay money on events relating to horse races, money orders or postal packets addressed to them shall not be registered, forwarded or delivered by the post office.
