THE KNYVETT CASE
CONSTITUTION OF THE COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Some alterations have been made in the members of the court-martial which is to try Captain Knyvett to-morrow. Captain Hamilton is to be replaced by Lieut. C. F. Thornton, N.Z.5.0., late captain of a Wiltshire regiment; and Major Harcourt Turner, of the sth Regiment, Wellington Rifles, will be an extra member. The full court will be as follows:—Colonel E. S. Heard, Imperial General Staff (president); Lieut. J. T. Burnett-Stuart, Imperial General Staff; Major D. R. iMenzies (unattached), late Wellington Garrison Artillery; Major C. Harcourt Turner; Captain A. F. Roberts, D. Battery New Zealand Field Artillery, Dunedin; Lieut. C. F. Thornton. Colonel J. Rankin Reed, Judge-Advocate-General, will also be present. Captain Dawson, of the College Rifles, Auckland, a lawyer by profession, will act as accused's friend at the trial.
