HOME RULE ENVOYS
ARRIVAL AT W ELLINGTON. ,| By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' Wellington, Monday. The Irish Home Rule envoys, Messrs Redmond, Donovan and Hazel ton, arrived by the Rotorna this morning. They were welcomed by the reception committee, but made no public utterances \j on the subject of their visit. These will be reserved for the first public meeting in Wellington 011 Wednesday night.
INVITATION FROM HOKITIKA. Hokitika, Last Night. A well-attended meeting here decided to invite the Irish envoys, Messrs Redmond, Hazel ton and Donovan, to visit Hokitika and deliver an address on the Home Rule question. Arrangements are also being made with surrounding districts in connection with the visit, which is expected to be arranged. SUPPORT FROM GISBORNE. Gisborne, Last Night At a meeting to arrange a reception to the Irish delegates, £B2 was collected in the room.
