CHARGE OF MURDER
A RAROTOXGAX CASE! By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Monday. The Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout, will proceed to Rarotonga in June to try the charge of murder of a native preferred against.- W. J. Wigmorc, a resident of the ' island. Mr. Ostler, Crown Prosecutor at Wellington, will proceed there to conduct the case for the Crown. Sir Robert Stout, while at Rarotonga, will look into the charges recently made against the local administration. The nature of the enquiry will be left to Sir Robert Stout's discretion, ■
