LEVJX. By Telegraph.—Press Ass»eiation. Levin, Monday. The census returns for Levin borough show an increase of 343. the population being 1008, against 1265. The returns of the Horowhemin county are incomplete. but ft marked increase of population has already been ascertained. BLEXHEIM AXD PICTON. Belenheim, Monday. The population of the borough is 3*372, against 3351 at the last census. The population of Blenheim, with the suburbs, is 4477. Picton has increased from 005 to 1388. Marlborough county population is 1322, and the Sounds county 1255.
