- ♦ INTERVIEW WITH ADMIRAL SIR CYPRIAN BRIDGE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, London, April 21. Admiral Sir Cyprian Bridge, interviewed, said he saw no reason why Australia's navy should not be made fit for the scheme of Imperial defence. Dreadnought cruisers and protected cruisers would be a considerable addition to Britain's strength. The other classes were of small importance. It was an ambitious scheme, and would give the Australian taxpayer an opportunity of realising the financial burden.
