INTERVIEWED IX AMERICA. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright London, April 15. Sir Joseph Ward, interviewed in New York, suggested that, without trespassing on the domain of English politics, it was possible the continued failure of English statesmen to find a. permanent solution of the Irish question barred the way to complete Anglo-Saxon unity. He urged the co-operation of British communities on the Pacific seaboard against the Asiatic invasion.
