OPENS ON MAY 1. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In a supplement to the Gazette it is notified that the shooting season for imported and native game will be fro«i May Ist to July 31st, both days inclusive, in the various acclimatisation districts (excluding reserves and sanctuaries and areas specified in the Gazette), with the exception that native game only shall he killed in the districts of Ashburton, Grey, Inangahua, South Canterbury, AVaitaki, Waimate, and Westland.
