CATTLE TICKS. Bfr. Cable—Press Association—Opyripkt. Sydney, April 11. A serious outbreak of cattle ticks is reported in Lismore district. MINERS BURIED. Melbourne, April 11. A fall of earth in the New Normanby Mine, Ballarat, buried two miners. One was recovered, slightly injured. Jphn Kelly has not yet been found, and it is unlikely that he is still alive. BLIND MAN'S SUICIDE. Melbourne, April 11. Frederick Grey, a blind piano-tuner, committed suicide at Borung. He left an incomplete letter to his mother in New Zealand, saying that he was disappointed that he was unable to obtain the invalid pensioft.
