VISITING OFFICERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Mr. J. Philipson, High Chief Ruler oi the Independent Order of Rechabites, and Mr. W. Church, Past High Chiel Ruler, representatives from the headquarters of the Order, who are on a visit to Australasia as the result of an invitation from Victoria to take part in the jubilee celebrations of the Order there, which were held a few weeks back, were entertained at the Kelburne kiosk yesterday afternoon. In the evening there was a united Tent meeting, followed by a civic welcome in the Town Hall. Today there was a church parade ai Petone of the various Tents, and Bro. Philipson addressed the members in the Methodist Church. To-night he will address the brethren yi Taranaki Street Methodist Church, Wellington.
