Australian Sheep.—light, 215-16 d; heavy, 2%d. Lamb?: best brands, 4'/ s d; otlier sorts, unchanged., Beef: unchanged; lambs, 13 15-lfld.

LONDON MARKETS. Dalgetv and Co., Ltd., have received cabled advice from their London Office dated 2nd inst., in regard to the following markets:— ' Frozen Meat.—Market dull. Lamb.—Since our last advice prices are %d to y 4 d lower, and a further decline is likely. Mutton.—Since our last advice prices are y 8 d to %d lower, with the exception of Canterbury, which is firm, but prices are unchanged owing to there being a scarcity of this quality. Beef.—Market Unchanged. Wool.—The third series of sales have been fixed to open in London on the 9th May, and the quantity is limited to 100,000 bales. The remainder of the sales for the year are unlimited. Rabbit Skins.—The sales opened and closed firm, and any change in prices is in favor of sellers. Tallow.—Since our last cablegram, prices in general are 3d to 6d per cwt. lower.

| WELLINGTON WOOL SALES. ; DALGETY AND C'O.'S REPORT. Wellington, Friday. The last wool sale of the season was held in the concert chamber of the Town Hall on Friday afternoon, when we offered a catalogue of 80S bales out of a total offering of 2544 bales of all brokers, and sold 780 bales. As is usual at Ulis time of the year, a large proportion of the offerings consisted ol lambs' wool, the balanee being mainly log-stained, dingy and seedy lots o't crossbred. There was a good attendance of buyers, and we arc pleased to report an advance of from par to half-pennv and in some cases Id on rough wools oil prices realised at last sale. The following will give an indication of prices:— Merino, B%d; medium h'alf-bred, B%d to 9,d; super crossbred, lOd to 10'/,d; medium crossbred, 7%d to B%d; inferior coarse crossbred, o%d to 7'/ s d; pieces, 5d to C'/od; bellies, iid to ">i/,d; stained pieces and locks, 3</,d to 3%d; crutcliings, 5%d to Gd; first lambs, S'/.d to Oyjdj second lambs, 7d to 8d: lambs, inferior, yd to o'/ 3 d. •
