A decree nisi was granted in a divorce case Rodie v. Rodie, wife's application, on the ground of adultery. MOTOR-CAR INSURANCE. Napier, Last Night. A writ has been served on the, Phoenix Company by J. 11. Holder, claiming £3OO insurance on a motor-ear destroyed by fire. The policy states that the company is not liable if the fire started through the machinery, and the point for the Court to decide is how the lire started.
