RUSSIA IS SATISFIED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyrisht. St. Petersburg, February 21. The Chinese Legation states that China has replied favorably to the Russian Note. The Japanese Press predict a settlement between Russia and China, unless China has over-estimated her modernised army. China's reply to the Russian Note is considered satisfactory.
