j AT PALMERSTON NORTH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston North, Last Night. The Minister of Education opened the new High School this afternoon, built to replace the one burnt by Powelka.' This is a very fine brick building, to accom* modate 225 students., The Hon. Fowlds took occasion to reply to the Opposition Press, which, he said, misrepresented his remarks at Levin re the effect of wool-classing classes. He quoted a letter from Levin and Co., of Wellington, to the local technical school, saying the wool classed by its students had gained an increased price at the London sales.
