THE MEXICAN INSURRECTION
INSURGENTS RETREAT SOUTHWARDS. By Cable—Press Association -Copyright Received 11, 12.25 a.m. Mexico City, February 10. The insurgents have retreated to the south of Jaurez. General Blanco has refused to send reinforcements to General Orozco, who leads the forces threatening Jaurez. Orozco nnd Blanco are at enmity owing to personal quarrels.
