PERSIAN MINISTER SHOT BY RUSSIANS. 5y Cable. —Press Associntion.—Copyright Received 7, 9.10 p.m. Teheran, February 7. The Minister of Finance is dead. He received seven wounds from Mauser pistols. The murderers, who are Russian subjects, were captured. There is considerable indignation on account of the Russian Legation demanding their surrender, and also at the refusal of the Russian Consul to surrender the murderer of the Governor of Ispahan.
