REBELS' ATTACK POSTPONED. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 5, 5 p.m. Mexico City, February 4. The rebels notify that the attack on Juarez has been postponed until Saturday afternoon. A few troops and the citizens may attempt an armed resistance. A force of United States cavalry has been despatched frontierwards to maintain neutrality. The rebel forces are holding the town of Medical!, awaiting the advance of Federalists. GOVERNMENT'S ABILITY TO CRUSH THE REBELS. Received <">, 5 p.m. Mexico City, February 4. The Foreign Minister, interviewed, asserts the Government's ability to suppress the rebellion in a short time.
