MURDEROUS SMUGGLERS
CHINAMEN TRAPPED AND KILLED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 5, 5 p.m. New York, February 4. The bodies of three Chinese, victims of a murderous band of Mexican smugglers, were found in a deep gully at Nagales, Arizona. The surviving Chinamen swore that the smugglers agreed to guide five Chinamen across the desert into the United States, but shot and robbed them instead.
