Newton King reports the sale on Saturday afternoon of Mr. Charles Clarke's farm on the Wills road, Bell Block. The farm, which consists of 04 acres, with a five-roomed house, a large cowshed and other buildings, was knocked down to Mr. William Ogle, of Alton, at £35 per acre. [ ==============
