FAILING TO MAKE RETURNS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., Monday. lir the S.M. Court to-day, Jesse Hills was charged with three informations for failing to make the necessary returns in the Land and Income Assessment Act, 1908, and was fined £3 and costs on each charge. Solicitor's fee, £3 3s, was allowed on the first charge.
