Following are. the results of the second round of the handicap pairs competition on the New Plymouth green:— C. Gray and Firth beat Marks and ii'ii'aop; Hooper and Collins beat Mills and .M'Kellar; Waugh and Brooking beat Kudd and A. Goldwater; Sinclair and R. Cock beat Goodacre and G. Grey; L. Goldwnter and Luscombe beat Fraser and Blundell; Broughton and Penn bear Cook and Davy; Morrison and Dempscy beat Bradbury and A. K. Smart; Jackson and C. Rundle beat Wood and Harle. In the third round Jackson and C. Rundle beat Broughton and Penn; Morrison and Dempsey beat Gray and Firth (5); Hooper and Collins play Waugh and Brooking (4); Sinclair and Cock play L. Goldwater and Luscombe. The round must be completed by January 28. Fitzroy will send four rinks to play New Plymouth on Thursday.
