There are hundreds of deaths daily in Harbin, and many at Mukden. Almost a hundred per cent, of the infected people die. THE HARBIN DEATH ROLL. Received IG, 1.30 a.m. London, January 15.

Eleven hundred and thirty-five Chinese and 04 -orcigners have died of plague at Harbin. Many of the Chinese corpses, half devoured by dogs, were thrown into the river Amur.
