BLOWN TO FRAGMENTS
SUSPECTED SUICIDE ON A STEAMER. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 15, 5.5 p.m. New York, January 14. An unidentified man boarded the San Francisco boat and entered a lavatory, where an explosion of dynamite blew him to fragments. The passengers were panic stricken, and several were injured by flying fragments. Some attempted to lower the boats, but the crew' restored order. It is believed to have been a case of suicide.
