Grahame-White is organising a flying school, and is preparing to construct larger and heavier aeroplanes, capable of traversing gusts and currents. He is convinced that the time is approaching when aeronauts will be table to fly in all winds except gales, and predicts that it will soon be possible to travel at JOG miles an hour. He foresees remarkable strides in the aeroplane industry next year. AN ENGLISHMAN'S SUCCESS. \ New York, December 25.
