LLOYD-GEORGE AND L'HUMANITE. London, December 24. The Times says that Mr. Lloyd-Georsre was probably ignorant of the character of the newspaper L'Humanite, otherwise his conduct is inexplicable in using as a confidante a representative of the party which lately defended sabotage and attacked the French Ministry virulently. It is not surprising that the French Socialists consider Mr. Lloyd-George's recent campaign as a victory for their principles. ULSTERMEN AND HOME RULE. . London,- December 25.
