Students are in a state of effervescence oyer the treatment of political prisoners. Arrests and imprisonment are frequent. The police at' Odessa were dispersing a demonstration when the students fired, the police replying. One student was mortally wounded, and several others slightly wounded. Some 235 were arrested, and several of the police were wounded.
