Small parcels of New Zealand beef are being regularly shipped from London to Italy.
COLD STORAGE ACCOMMODATION
London, December 16.
■ The Central 'Markets Committee reported to the Court of Common Council in favor of submitting plans and estimates for corporation cold stores at Smithfield. The report, which is the result of pressure brought to bear by New Zealand exporters, was adopted. During the discussion some speakers suggested the desirableness of the corporation acquiring private cold stores in the neighborhood of Smithfield.
