Mr. Hughes, referring to the English underwriters' increasing the refrigerated rates owing to Australian and New Zealand legislation, said he was at a loss as to what legislation was referred to. He knew of no Federal legislation that affected freights on over-sea produce, and he would like to have some details concerning the legislation that created such a risk as necessitated an increase of premiums.
