A RACING CLUB PUZZLED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Reefton, Wednesday, i Dr. Findlay's opinion re the Holiday Act has created consternation locally, as the Reefton Jockey Club is holding the first day's races on the 26th inst., and the privileges have already ueen sold and arrangements made. Great loss and confusion will ensue. Copies of the licensing law now in force cannot be obtained, and licensees do not know where they are.
