UNCUSTOMED GOODS, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Yesterday. W. J. Hanson, master of the steamer Brisbane, was fined £25 on each of two charges connected with uncustomed goods, and K. Bartley, steward of .the steamer, £25 for harboring," keeping, and selling uncustomed goods. TERRIFIC STORMS AT SEA. Wellington, Yesterday. On her way from Sydney to Wellington the fylianuka passed through an exceptional electrical disturbance, lasting twelve 'hours. r lt commenced about C p.m. on Sunday, and from 8 till daylight thunder and lightning were continuous. The effect was like a naval battle, owing to the blinding flashes of light and deafening crashes of thunder. One exceptionally vivid flash disclosed the Ulimaroa silhouetted against da'rk'cloud banks steering westward for Sydney. Throughout the storm the rain continued, in tropical downpour. '
