REV. OSBORNE'S UTTERANCE.
| To the Editor. I Sir, —"Old' Teetotaller" misses the [ point. No matter how amiable Mr. Os- ; borne's disposition may be, every Christian man wants to lie right on every question, and hence we have no reason to suppose he at all resents correction. 1 Further, "Old Teetotaller," if he knows anything about the Temperance Reform movement, must know that we have always courted the fullest enquiry, and are always ready to hear and answer any questions that may be put to us. Our motto is contained in the words of Sacred Writ: "Ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you." Our trouble lias been, and still is, that people denounce freely, but enquire tardily.—l am, etc.. ANOTHER OLD TEETOTALLER.
