SCULLING.

AUNST'S CHALLENGE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christehureh, Last Night. In conversation with a reporter to-day. Disk Arnst, the world's champion sculler, said that he was leaving for Sydney by Thursday night's boat, lie intended to compete, in the handicap sculling race which is to be held there about the end of February. Nothing has as yet been definitely arranged as to any future championship match, but Arnst says that the first man who conies along for a race can have it if he complies with the conditions.
