UNITED STATES SENDS TROOPS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, November 24, United States troops are patrolling from Rio Grande and Brownsville to Eagle Pass. The insurgent Mexicans are reported to be massing at Minora, Texas. United States troops have been despatched at the Governor's request. There was desultory fighting at Torreon, but the result was indecisive. New York Stock Exchange reports state that President Diaz is master of the Situation. The Mexicans raided the San Enrique ranch for Madero, but failed to capture the revolutionist, as he seized horses intended for cavalry remounts. PRACTICALLY OVER. Mexico, November 24. The Mexican riot is practically over. Large quantities of arms and ammunition have been captured by the Federal troops.
