A NEW BATTLESHIP
THE "ROYAL GEORGE." By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, November 5. In recognition of his accession, the King has consented that a battleship of 27,000 tons displacement and 565 feet in length, which will shortly be under construction at Portsmouth, shall be named the "Ro3'al George." The increased displacement will be primarily applied to augmenting the powers of attack.
