Mrs. Mary Greenfield has given the British Museum an important papyrus, lamely a. magnificent copy of the Theban Book of the Dead, together with invocations addresses and hymns, to Amen-Ra. The papyrus is the longest in the world, except the Harris papyrus, which is also in the British I Museum.
