A bulletin reports that the condition of Prince Francis of Teok was weaker during the latter part of the day. His condition causes grave anxiety. Prince Francis, who is forty years of age, is a brother of Queen Mary, 'wftom he accompanied to the colonies some years ago. He has seen considerable military service in India, Egypt and South Africa.
