The boilermakers' executive, in a circular, states that the agreement includes provisions against speeding up and machinery for arbitration in the event of sectioiiak strikes. The Clyde branches of the Boilermakers' Union are dissatisfied with the agreement. They claim full pay while the demands are being considered, and five per cent, increase on piece rate.
