MAGISTRATE HAS A LONG VOYAGE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Received 13, 9.50 p.m. London, October 13. The Magistrate of Iceland boarded the trawler Chiefta'in and endeavored to seize the vessel. He contended that the boat was fishing within the three-mile limit. The captain maintained it was 5y 8 miles and offered to summon a gunboat to decide the position. The Magistrate did not yield, and, declining to return, the trawler brought him to Hull.
