TOWNSPEOPLE TAKE A HAND. By Cable.—Press Received October 13, 11.45 p.m. New York, October 13. Four armed and masked men attempted to hold up the village of Proctor, Colorado, and dynamite the State Bank. The inhabitants drove the robbers off moneyless.
