Wanganui, Last iftght. • The / Mission of Help? which has been running most successfully during the past week, was concluded this evening, when a thanksgiving service was held. The missioners were Rev.- Canon Tupper-Carey and Mr. Joe Harris; The congregations were very large ejfbh day and a deep impression was m(td<yjjn Sunday night. The Anglican Mission in WSlington was practically brought to a closfflyesterday, with services in all the cflurches. There Were very large attendances, the seating accommodation everywhere being taxed to its utmost limit, special provision in this respect having to be' made. This evening thanksgiving services were conducted in the churches where the missioners have labored for the past ten days. To-morrow evening there will be a public meeting, with the object of tending together the Church of England workers and communicants of the city and suburbs. The meeting will be addressed by Rev.
