Messrs. Hatrick's store is approaching completion, whilst the fine new shop for l Mr. Beckbes&inger is well on. It is expected that the few short pieces of pipe required to connect up the line at the waterworks will be comi pleted during tlie weekj and after clearing out the pipes near the headworks a I trial will be made. | A fireworks display in the old Recreation takes place to-morrow evening.
