The Filchner German Antarctic expedition states' that Captain Scott has arranged! \rath the Germans to start for the Weddell Sea in the spring of 1911. If they meet in the centre of the Antarctic, some of Filchner's party will accompany Scott to the Weddell Sea, and some of Scott's party will accompany Filchner's to the Ross Sea.
