PIERPONT MORGAN WANTS IT. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright Received September I, 9.30 p.m. Ottawa, August 81. At a meeting of the Canadian Municipal Union at Winnipeg the report alleges that a Pierpont Morgan organisation had all the principal city franchises, water powers and; general resources of Canada mapped out for invasion. The scheme is said to be formidable, effecting the Canadian national heritage.
