The action was taken without tha union's knowledge, and the employers were unaware of any 1 dissatisfaction. The Shipbuilders Employers' Federation announce a general lock-out unless I the men resume to-day. , Despite the Boilermakers' and Shipwrights' Union ordering immediate reI sumption, the strike continues.
